Kanye West had a busy Sunday in New York City.
First his set at the Governors Ball festival was cancelled because of the weather.
So he hopped across the river to East Rutherford, NJ, and made a surprise Summer Jam appearance with his GOOD Music Crew, who were already scheduled to perform.
During Summer Jam, 'Ye's people got the word out that he would be doing a 2 AM pop up show back in Manhattan at Webster Hall.
West's fans flocked to the venue, and at 1 AM Kanye tweeted this.
Show at 2am SOLD OUT

What's unclear is if any tickets were actually sold. It's also unclear if Webster Hall knew they were supposed to host the show. A little before 2 AM, with hundreds of fans out front, the venue announced there would be no show.
This all created a very chaotic -- although fairly peaceful -- scene.
At one point Kanye tried to call New York Mayor Bill De Blasio and have him shut down the streets around Webster Hall.

There are were also rumors of West taking the pop up show to the Trump SOHO, of all places. But that didn't happen either.
