Kanye West provoked Michael Jordan (and his family) in the 2015 track "Facts"
"Yeezy, Yeezy, Yeezy just jumped over Jumpman," he rapped, referencing his move from Nike to Adidas.
Soon after, Ye apologized to MJ and said his beef was with Nike's CEO Mark Parker, not the bball GOAT.
The notoriously prickly Jordan did not accept the apology.
In fact, West revealed in the second part of his Drink Champs interview that MJ won't even talk to him. [Jump to 32 minutes.]
“Jordan still won’t meet with me,” Ye said. “I’m trying to meet with Michael Jordan. I’m like, ‘It’s a song, man.’ Michael Jordan said this thing like, ‘Why y’all acting like Virgil made me hot? These shoes is hot' ... But Nike really ain't had sh*t since the Yeezys."
