Kanye West Makes Big Announcement In First Tweet Since January 1

Twitter Kanye is one of the most entertaining Kanyes.

However, Ye has been staying off the social network this year, not Tweeting anything since a flourish on New Year's Day.

He got the Twitter Fingers going last night to make a big announcement.
