Kanye West, Kid Cudi, and Ty Dolla $ign are all being sued for the song "Freeee (Ghost Town, Pt. 2)."
It's a cut off Ye and Cudi's 2018 collaboration album "Kids See Ghost," and according to TMZ a man named Ronald Oslin Bobb-Semple says his voice is at the beginning of the track.
Bobb-Semple also claimed it was taken from a performance that he's been doing for decades, which is a tribute to political leader, journalist and businessman Marcus Garvey.
Bobb-Semple stated that he hasn't received any compensation for his parts on the song, while Ye, Cudi and Dolla have seen "substantial profits," which he now wants a part of.
This is the second time someone has come at Ye and Cudi in recent months. Not too long ago, the pop singer Lorde said they stole her stage design.
