Juelz Santana Talks Lil Wayne Helping To Spark His Lean Addiction

During his visit to Drink Champs earlier this year, Juelz Santana spoke about his past lean addiction and how Paul Wall introduced him to the drink.

Juelz spoke about Lil Wayne in that interview as well, revealing that he and Tunechi did a lot of lean while in the studio.

But the Dipset member isn't done talking about being addicted to lean since he recently opened up about it to VladTV. He also gave more details about Wayne's involvement.

“One thing y’all should know about Juelz is that I haven’t really hid nothing,” said the Harlem spitter. “I never ducked a question. And yeah, I went through withdrawals from Lean ... When I met Wayne, that was something cool to do. We was drinking Lean. Met Paul Wall, we was drinking Lean. It was, like, the thing to do. We made it hot. I didn’t really know the negatives behind it because it was something new. I had just been introduced to it, so it was kinda, like, ‘Damn, this sh*t taste good. This, like, some rapper sh*t.'”

"I had no prior dealings with them,” added Juelz. “I didn’t know it was a drug that, if you do it numerous amount of times, your body gets addicted. The normal stuff that happens with opioids ... It’s gotta come out [of your body], and it’s gotta come out the worst type of way. And the worst type of way is through every part of your body. Aching, hurting, pains, throwing up. It’s not a good feeling, and I definitely don’t recommend it.“
