Judge Says Tekashi 6ix9ine Can Start Shooting Videos Outside

by HHL JT

Last week, Tekashi 6ix9ine asked his judge to allow him to shoot videos in his backyard.

6ix9ine is under house arrest after getting an early release on his two-year federal sentence because of COVID.

Today, Judge Engelmayey granted 6ix9ine motion and some.

"The defendant is permitted to conduct employment-related activities outside the residence but within the confines of the rental property for two (2) hours per week on one (1) specific day that needs advanced approval by the Probation Officer.

The judge also told 6ix9ine he's been spending too much time in the basement

"Given the structural interference with the GPS tracking device, the defendant's hours in the basement of the residence will be limited to no more than an 8-hour period per day with a schedule as determined by the Releasee and approved by the Probation Officer."

6ix9ine is planning to drop new music soon and a snippet of a track called "Bently" recently leaked.  Now he can put some visuals to it.
