The criminal intent to commit murder charges Lil Durk turned himself in on last month seemed pretty serious.
Now we have an idea of just how serious they are.
Today, a judge found that there was probable cause to try Durk on charges of criminal attempt to commit murder, weapon's possession and aggravated assault.
According to Atlanta police, they have Durk on tape shooting a man near The Varsity restaurant on February 5th of this year. Detectives also told the judge that 30K in cash, a vehicle and a gold chain were stolen from the victim.
The victim survived his wounds. Durk is facing up to 30 years.
