Jonathan Majors is facing several misdemeanor assault and harassment charges concerning a March 25 dispute with his then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari in New York City.
Jabbari is also expected to be charged with assault in the incident after Majors filed a counter-complaint against her this summer.
The Messenger reports that Jabbari, currently overseas, will voluntarily surrender the next time she's in New York and will be given a ticket to appear in court on misdemeanor assault.
Major's lawyer said Jabbari "hit and scratched" her client.
Jabbari initially said that Major's grabbed her neck. However, she changed her story and now maintains that Majors slapped her in the face and grabbed her finger, injuring it.
New York City DA's office has said they have spoken to other women who accuse Majors of abusing them.
Majors maintains his innocence.
