On a recent episode of his show, he insisted The Rock also takes 'roids.
"The Rock some come clean right now, in response to the Liver King video. 'I need to talk to you, because the Rock's been lying.' There's not a chance in f*cking hell he's clean. As big as the Rock is ... at 50?"
Rogan went on to say that if a swole famous person speaks about any elements of their diet and fitness routine they should come clean about everything they do.
"If you do talk about it, you have to be honest," Rogan, who's admitted to taking hormone replacement, explained.
