Joe Budden has now slammed Drake with two pretty vicious diss tracks.
Drake hasn't responded and there's some doubt if he ever will.
So Budden tried another ploy to gett Drizzy attention.
It's a letter of sorts, and Joe posted it to his IG page.
Is this going to pull Drake into the fray?
