All the negativity toward Drake has been music to Joe Budden's ears.
Whether he likes to admit it or not.
Joe stopped by the BagFuel podcast and explained why he believes Kendrick Lamar is right about Drake not being a part of the culture. [Jump to one hour.]
“Culture is where Kendrick was shifting his conversation. How do you dress? Who’s your barber? Are you a good dad? Can you dance? Your slaps? What’s your hood? Did you have a nickname growing up? Sh*t like that is what Kendrick was leaning into to."
He then spoke about things he believes Drake has done to signal that he's an outsider trying to fit in, including buying 2Pac's ring and wearing Cam'ron's pink mink on stage.
“Even if that’s not your intent, you gotta know how that comes off,” he said.
He added that he's not sure Drake even cares if others consider him part of the culture.
