Earlier this week, Jim Jones announced that a new Dipset album, Diplomatic Ties, will drop November 22.
But there's now some question as to whether Jones will be around to enjoy it.
Jones is being charged with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony because of a high-speed chase in Georgia this June.
Jones was in the backseat of a vehicle that refused an order to pull over in Cowetta County. The cops gave chase as the car accelerated away. The car struck a deputy's vehicle before finally stopping. Cops then searched the car and found marijuana, oxycodone, Percocet, vape cartridges and two loaded pistols.
None of the three people in the car claimed the drugs or guns, so they are all being charged for all of them.
Jones will be arraigned later this month and faces decades in prison.
