It looks like Jazz Cartier is going to be the next big thing out of Toronto.
The 24-year old turned heads last week when his mixtape Hotel Paranoia beat Drake's VIEWS and Tory Lanez’s I Told You to win for Rap Recording of the Year at the Juno Awards. (Which are basically the Canadian Grammys.)
Now Cartier has inked a deal with Capitol Records.
