JAY-Z's private investigator has given the lowdown on JAY's rape accuser admitting that she lied about being sexually assaulted by the rapper and Diddy in 2000.
Charlotte Henderson is the name of one investigator, according to TMZ. She filed an affidavit yesteray and said she met with the woman at her Alabamba home last month, on February 21.
Henderson said the woman told her four times that JAY didn't assault her, and that Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee pushed her to make that accusation.
The accuser said that Diddy is the only one who raped her, and she wanted to just sue him.
"He was the one that kind of pushed me towards going forward with him, with JAY-Z," the woman said about Buzbee, according Henderson.
The accuser dropped her lawsuit against JAY last month and said she did it after Buzbee told her that JAY was threatening to kill her.
On top of that, Henderson pushed back against Buzbee's claim about the woman being scared while speaking to investigators, saying that she was calm and collected during their meeting.
JAY is suing Buzbee for extortion and malicious prosecution.
