Despite what Lil Yachty claims, it's pretty clear Drake was targeting Megan Thee Stallion n his Her Loss track "Ciro Loco."
“This bitch lie about getting shots, but she still a stallion / She don’t even get the joke, but she still smiling,” rapped Drake rapped, suggesting Meg is lying about Tory Lanez shooting her.
Meg was not happy about the implication and ripped Drake on Twitter.
Stop using my shooting for clout bitch ass N*ggas! Since when tf is it cool to joke abt women getting shot ! You niggas especially RAP N*GGAS ARE LAME! Ready to boycott bout shoes and clothes but dog pile on a black woman when she say one of y’all homeboys abused her," Meg typed.
Talking head Marc Lamont Hill also called Drake out.
“If Drake released a song with 'clever' wordplay that mocked the shooting of a male rapper, or any man for that matter, the same people defending him would be outraged. But of course, he would never do that," he Tweeted
While that doesn't sound quite right to us -- male rappers mock other male rappers' misfortunes all the time --- it did briefly to JAY-Z. Hov, who works with Meg at Roc Nation, liked Hill's Tweet. But then he unliked it.
Jay Z liked & unliked a tweet defending Megan Thee Stallion from Drake:
