JAY-Z Sues Tony Buzbee And His Rape Accuser

Last year, a woman sued JAY-Z for raping her at a 2000 Puffy party.  "Jane Doe" said she was 13 at the time of the assault.

The woman's story was full of inconsistencies and impossibilities from the jump, and the case was eventually dropped.

Now Hov is suing the woman and Tony Buzbee, the lawyer representing her, for malicious prosecution, abuse of process, civil conspiracy, and defamation.

The suit states that "Jane Doe"- who shows signs of mental illness- has “voluntarily admitted” that Buzbee “pushed her towards going forward with the false story against Mr. Carter” after an “extortionate demand letter failed to yield the financial windfall.”

Jay alleges that the false accusation caused him to lose at least $20 million.
