Jay Z's New Armand de Brignac Champagne Will Cost You

by HHL Editors

Not long after Jay Z acquired the Armand de Brignac (Ace of Spades) champagne brand in 2014, they launched the Blanc de Noirs Assemblage line of champagne.

It cost $760 a bottle, which is a huge price for a non-vintage line.

But it must have sold well, because Hov is coming back with the Blanc de Noirs Assemblage Two, aka A2. This one will go for $850 a bottle and hits the market April 18th.

There will only be 2,333 bottles produced in total, and each will have an engraved number tag.

“Jay is a very strong businessman, certainly one that likes to understand what consumers want and here to build the business for the long term,” Armand de Brignac CEO Sebastien Besson told Bloomberg. “He always has a few bottles on hand for a celebration, I know that for sure.”
