JAY-Z Is Irked At Colin Kaepernick For the Way He Handled Workout

Colin Kaepernick bailed on the workout the NFL set up for him Saturday,  moving it to Atlanta area high school at last moment.

Kaep did it because the league wasn't allowing press at their event, and he wanted "transparency."

Sources tell TMZ that JAY-Z, who pressured the league into giving Kaep the workout, is disappointed in Kaep for turning "a legitimate workout into a publicity stunt," adding Hov thought the league was giving the QB a genuine opportunity.

As for the workout ...

The results were mixed. Some officials were impressed with his arm strength, others labeled him "average at best."

Now we'll see if anyone signs him.
