JAY-Z Can't Stop Judge From Making Dame Dash Sell His Roc-A-Fella Shares

Dame Dash owes a $823,000 judgment to movie producer Josh Weber after losing dueling lawsuits over a movie they were going to produce together before Weber fired Dame.

Since Dame has no money, Judge Robert W. Lehrburger has ruled he will have to sell his 1/3 share in Roc-A-Fella to pay the judgment.

Roc's other owners -- Jay-Z and Kareem "Biggs" Burke -- objected to the forced sale, arguing it would violate Roc bylaws.

The judge has rejected their reasoning.

"The question at the core of the instant dispute is whether the RAF Bylaws’ prohibition on transfer and sale of Dash’s one-third ownership interest in shares of RAF without the consent of RAF’s board of directors legally prevents the sale of Dash’s interest in RAF to satisfy the Judgment. The answer indisputably is 'no,'" wrote Lehrburger.

Hov and Biggs will have a chance to buy the share from Dash as anyone else.

Last year, Dame claimed he tried to sell his share to Hov but got a lowball offer.
