Jay Z & Beyonce Are Looking To Buy A $200 Million Mansion [PHOTOS]

Jay Z and Beyonce's Los Angeles real estate struggles have been well-documented.

Twice they have been outbid for mansions in the Holmby Hills area, where they currently reside and want to remain because Blue Ivy goes to school there.

So they've been renting, to the tune of $150,000 a month.

But they just may have found their dream mansion.

According to People, the couple recently had a "secret" viewing of a 56,500 square foot Holmby Hills home dubbed "The Manor." The property was built by the late Aaron Spelling (dad of Tori), and is currently owned by 20 -something British heiress and handbag designer Petra Ecclestone.

When Ecclestone bought The Manor in 2011 for $85 million it was the largest home in Los Angeles County. She is said to be seeking $200 million for the property.
