Jay Z Announces Co-Headliner For Made In America Festival

Jay Z's sixth annual Made In America festival will take place in its home city of Philadelphia on September second and third.

Joining Hov as headliner will be J. Cole.

The Chainsmokers, Migos, Solange, 21 Savage, Sampha, Pusha T, Vic Mensa, DMX, DJ Mustard, A Boogie, and more are also on the bill.
