27-year-old Jake Paul will fight 57-year-old Mike Tyson on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The fight will air on Netflix, the streamer's first boxing match and third foray into live sports.
Paul is 9-1 and has beaten UFC stars Nate Diaz, Anderson Silva, and Tyron Woodley in the ring.
Tyson, a former heavyweight champ, last fought in 2020 when he faced former legend Roy Jones Jr. The exhibition ended in a draw.
Tyson and Paul had discussed fighting before, with Iron Mike claiming it would take "a billion bucks" for him to get in the ring with the YouTuber.
We don't know what is being paid, but the folks behind the fight think it's going to be huge.
"Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson is a once-in-a-lifetime dream matchup and I anticipate it will be the most-watched boxing event in modern boxing history," said the match's promoter Nakisa Bidarian.
