Jada Pinkett Smith Reveals That She's Been Separated From Will Smith For Years

For the past seven years Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been living apart because they've been separated since 2016.

Jada revealed the news in her new book Worthy and discussed it on the Today show. But the couple isn't legally divorced.

"Why it fractured, that’s a lot of things," Jada explained. "I think by the time we got to 2016 we were just exhausted with trying. I think we were both kind of still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be."

Undoubtedly, the revelation will have people thinking about Jada admitting to having an affair with August Alsina since it seemed to happen at the time of the actors' split.
