The good times keep rolling for Ja Rule and his Fyre Festival partner Billy McFarland.
TMZ reports that the lending company EHL Funding is suing the pair for not paying back a $3 million dollar loan, which they took out to cover festival costs. Ja and McFarland borrowed the dough on April 10, about two weeks before Fyre was supposed to begin.
So far just a little under $900,000 has been paid back. That's a problem because the rapper and McFarland were supposed to make weekly payments to EHL, but they haven't paid anything since April 21. It's safe to assume that neither have the funds to make any more loan payments, seeing as they're being sued by so many different people.
It'll probably be a very long time before Ja is free from all of this mess.
