Before game 1 of this year's NBA Finals, league commissioner Adam Silver said he'd be giving his ruling on Ja Morant when the Finals were over.
In May the Memphis Grizzlies star was seen with a gun on IG Live and was immediately suspended by the team.
He was seen with a pistol in March as well while at a Denver strip club, which got him an eight-game suspension.
As for the second gun incident, Claudia Jordan, who co-hosted The Breakfast Club this week, said the gun was a complete fake.

"My sources say that the relative in the car in the backseat had a toy gun in the car," she said. "The gun is not real. And was playing around with it, passed it over to Ja and that got caught on the live."
But Charlamagne tha God didn't buy Jordan's report and wondered why Ja didn't say the gun was a toy from the start.
