The Washington Post reports that last year Ja Morant came to the mall nine deep after his mother got into a dispute with a 17-year-old Finish Line employee and told Ja about it
Morant allegedly punched the teen a dozen times and pointed a gun at him.
NEW: NBA star Ja Morant was accused of violent or threatening behavior in two police reports, including previously unknown allegations that Morant "threatened" a mall security director. Four days later, a teenager told police Morant punched him repeatedlyhttps://t.co/UBNyq3J5FB

So apparently Ja Morant's mother called him after having an argument with a Finish Line employee and he came to the mall 9 deep and told the mall security guard "‘Let me find out what time he gets off"

Ja and his crew also confronted a mall security guard, who was pushed and threatened. The guard called police and wanted to file a report but no arrests were made.
This is the second time Ja has been accused of assaulting a teenager. Another 17-year-old is suing Morant for roughing him up during a pickup basketball game this summer at Morant's Tennessee home.
Ja has also been called out by multiple older and retired players for "thugging" despite being from a nice two-parent family.
Although it's possible his parents aren't that "nice".
