Both J.I.D. and Metro Boomin are coming off two successful projects . The Atlanta rapper's The Forever Story is one of 2022's best reviewed albums, and Metro's last project Heroes & Villains went number one on the Billboard 200 charts.
On Tuesday, March 28, Metro revealed that he and J.I.D will be releasing a joint project together, an announcement that has fans excited.

"I love working with u brudda, it’s an honor," wrote J.I.D, who recently said that a lot of rap fans don't care about lyricism anymore.
"Honor is mine family," Metro wrote back.
