J. Cole Reacts To Minneapolis City Council Voting To Disband Police Force

There's been a lot of talk lately of "defunding the police," which can mean a range of things, from radical to fairly benign.

The Minneapolis city council took things a step further.   They voted to dismantle the city's police force and replace it with a new community-based system of public safety.
