It Looks Like Lil Wayne Paid Tribute To Kobe Bryant With "Funeral"

It didn't take long after Lil Wayne's album Funeral dropped last night for his fans to notice that certain numerical aspects of the project seemed to pay tribute to his good friend Kobe Bryant, who died Sunday in a helicopter crash.

Kobe wore the numbers 8 and 24 during his NBA career. 

As for the album's name ... the project has been called Funeral for years, so that's just a notable coincidence.
