Ice Spice's Father Responds To Cleotrapa's Claim That He Isn't Black

by Daryl Nelson

Ice Spice will probably never take any of her friends on tour again.

She's currently beefing with her now-ex friend Cleotrapa, who accused the rapper of mistreating her on the Y2K! tour.

Ice shot back by calling Cleo delusional and making fun of her 10,000 Spotify listeners. Cleo actually has a little over 9,000 listeners, though.

Anyway, Ice's father, Joseph Gaston, jumped into the beef by responding to Cleo's claim that he really isn't Black but Hispanic.

"@iamcleotrapa we met twice in the green room," he wrote on social media. "We barely spoke, who said I'm Hispanic? Ken I'm gonna dead this right here. I'm a black man. Born and raised in the BX. Keep me out this bullsh*t."

Joseph then said he took an ancestry test after his ethnicity was still questioned.

More like 30% and a mix of other countries like Ghana, ivory coast, , Senegal, Mali, Cameroon. Taino.

"So he's probably 15% Nigerian and has no direct family members down in Nigeria, okay got it," someone wrote.

"We took an ancestry test U fkn moron," Joseph shot back. "More like 30% and a mix of other countries like Ghana, ivory coast, , Senegal, Mali, Cameroon. Taino. Stan Twitter having fun tho."
