She's been accused of stealing it.
D.Chamberz is suing Ice and her producer RIOT for swiping their hit from his track "In That Mood," which dropped a year earlier.
Chamberz cites similarities in the tracks' beat, lyrics, hook, rhythmic structure, metrical placement, and narrative context.
He theorizes RIOT, a New Yorker, and/or Ice heard "In That Mood" on Hot 97, which gave it play.
Chamberz wants half of "In Ha Mood"'s publishing as well as damages.
No word from Ice Spice's camp.
