Houston Rappers Ghost & Kenny Lou Fatally Shot

Houston rappers Ghost and Kenny Lou were shot to death while sitting in their Mercedes early this morning

The two rappers  -- Nicholas Esene (Ghost), and Kenyon Tennessee (Kenny Lou) -- were parked outside Club Onyx in southwest Houston when two gunmen approached from behind firing 13 shots. 

According to witnesses, the shooting started shortly after they pulled their car into the strip club parking lot. 

Police say both Esene and Tennessee were part of a gang and added they found weapons inside their Mercedes.

Regarding their rap careers, Esene's grandmother Brenda Harris had this to say...

He wanted to be a rapper real bad, he really did, he was excited about making his album.
