Here Are The Eight Charges Young Thug Is Facing In Sprawling RICO Trial

Jury selection is underway in Georgia's RICO case against Young Thug and YSLs.

28 YSLs were arrested.  However, after deals and dropped charges only 14 are standing trial.

There are 65 charges against the gang/record label.  Eight of those charges relate to Young Thug.

They are:

Conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act
Two counts of participation in criminal street gang activity
Possession of Marijuana w/intent to distribute
Possession of Codeine w/intent to distribute
Possession of Cocaine
Possession of Firearm
Possession of Machine Gun

Thug picked up the first three counts when he was arrested.  The next five were added after a raid on his home.

The trial is expected to last eight months.  Thugger could get up to life.
