Henry Ruggs III Involved In Fatal Car Crash [PHOTO]

Update: Ruggs to be charged with DUI resulting in death.

Las Vegas Raiders receiver and 2020 first-round draft pick Henry Ruggs was involved in a serious car at 3:40 AM this morning in Las Vegas.

Vegas police are reporting at least one person is dead.

Ruggs' attorney David Chesnoff says his client is still alive and will be "OK."

"On behalf of our client Henry Ruggs III we are conducting our own investigation as of this writing and ask everyone to reserve judgment until all the facts are gathered," Chesnoff said.

No word on whether drugs or alcohol was involved in the crash or who was driving.

The Raiders have yet to comment.
