Gunna Takes Plea Deal

Gunna is coming home.

The 29-year-old -- along with Young Thug and about a dozen other DSLs -- was hit with RICO charges earlier this year.

Today, he struck a plea deal that gets him out of jail with time served.

The terms of the plea are that Wunna admits guilt to the RICO charges and gets a five-year sentence.  Four of the years are suspended and the additional year has been commuted to the seven months he's served while awaiting trial.  He will have to do 500 hours of community service and will be subject to other conditions.

His trial was supposed to start next month.

No word if Young Thug, who is facing more serious charges, is also negotiating a plea deal.
