Good news for Gunna.
The Atlanta rapper, who was arrested along with Young Thug and about a dozen other YSLs on RICO charges this summer, has been dropped from any violent acts in the original indictment.
He has also yet to be named by a single witness.

Based on this, Gunna's team will attempt to get bail for the third time.
He was turned down the first two times because he was deemed a danger to witness.
Now it would appear prosecutors just went to keep him caged until he flips.
