Gunna Denied Bond In RICO Case

It wasn't a big surprise that Young Thug was denied bond after being indicted for participation in street gang activity and conspiring to violate the RICO Act earlier this week.

Some of that street gang "participation" included renting a car used in a murder and approving a hit on YFN Lucci -- pretty serious stuff.

In addition, the cops found lots of guns and drugs when they raided Thugger's Buckhead home.

It was a bit more surprising that Gunna is being kept locked up without bail.

Wunna, who was only hit with a RICO charge, doesn't seem to be accused of much besides being part of the YSL crew.

Yet a judge deemed he can't be free yesterday.
