Mykala Bell, a 23-year-old mother-of-two, was killed during a Foogiano show in Greenville, South Carolina earlier this summer. She was caught in the crossfire of a gunfight which also took the life of security guard Clarence Sterling Johnson.
The word at the time was the shooting started when somebody tried to snatch Foogiano -- who's signed to Gucci Mane's -- chain and a member of Foogaino entourage opened fire.
Police charged Jarquez Kezavion Cooper, 22, in the shooting and said it was gang-related. Now Bell's estate is suing Foogaino, Gucci Mane, Cooper, the club’s operating company, its owner, and nearly a dozen other unspecified "owners, managers, operators, independent contractors, and/or security companies."
It's unclear if Gucci was present during the shooting. But the lawsuit said Guwap is believed to have been a promoter of the event.
Seems like Foogiano isn't worth all the trouble.
