In 2011, Slim Dunkin [Mario Hamilton] was shot to death by Yung Vito [Vinson Hardimon].
The incident was during a Gucci Mane video shoot, and in 2013 Dunkin's estate filed a wrongful death suit against Yung Vito and also Gucci's label, 1017 Brick Squad, because they failed to provide adequate security for the shoot.
A judge has now ruled that Brick Squad and Yung Vito owe Dunkin's estate $11 million.
No word on who pays what. But since Vito is in prison for the shooting -- he got 10 years on weapons charges -- one would imagine the burden falls on the newly freed Gucci and company.
