Glen "Big Baby" Davis has been arrested for drug dealing and assault over the years.
But what ended up doing the former NBA player in was insurance fraud.
The 38-year-old was just sentenced to 40 months in prison for a scheme prosecutors say defrauded an insurance plan for NBA players and their families of more than $5 million.
He has a surprisingly positive attitude about losing his freedom.

"I'm going to have choke the chicken in the bathroom," he said of prison. "That's crazy. But I'm going to get swole. On God. That's the only way to stop my from eating hamburgers. Put me in jail ... I'm going to become The Rock."
