The woman who drove the getaway car for Nipsey Hussle's murderer Eric Holder has confirmed a story everyone heard after the shooting: That Holder shot Nipsey because he was angry about being called out for snitching.
TMZ reports that the driver, who is referred to as witness 1, saw Holder go to the burger joint right by Nipsey's Marathon store to get some food. Then she saw Holder walk over to Nipsey and speak to him and his crew.
"Witness 1 says she overheard Holder ask Nipsey if he ever snitched. She says Nipsey waived Holder off, as if he didn't want to speak with him, but not before accusing Holder of being a snitch. Holder left the conversation and got his food from the restaurant ... then the 2 got into their car.
The woman says Holder then instructed her to drive around the corner from the mall, and then she saw him pull out a black, semi-automatic handgun. He pulled back the slide and then asked her to go around the block so he could do a drive-by shooting. She says she refused."
She says Holder then got out of the car, put on a red shirt and instructed her not to move. He went through the alley, allegedly fired several shots at Nipsey and others and ran back to the car.
Witness 1 is not being charged in the murder. Eric Holder is being charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
