G Herbo is in all sorts of Federal trouble.
Last year, Herbo pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identify theft after being charged, along with five other men, with participating in a multi-million dollar credit card fraud scheme.
He faces five to eight years on those charges and recently picked up an additional lying to a Federal agent charge, which could get him five more years.
Given the Feds' conviction rate, there's a good chance Herbo won't be around to father his children.
Perhaps that's why he's indoctrinating Yosohn, his young son with Ari Fletcher, with the gang lifestyle.
