Young Thug, Gunna, and 26 other YSLs were hit with RICO and other crimes earlier this year.
Thugger, Wunna, and 23 other YSLs remain locked up without bail, despite repeated attempts to obtain a bond.
Their trials were supposed to start in January. But now Fulton County DA Fani Willis wants a delay because a number of the YSLs have yet to obtain legal representation.
"A continuance to the final week in March would protect the speedy trial rights of those who have asserted those rights, while also ensuring that the additional eight defendants have properly prepared appointed counsel," Willis argued in a motion to the judge.
The judge will rule on the motion in the next month. If he argues with Willis, the trials will start on March 27.
