In 1994, the Fugees released their debut album Blunted on Reality but it pretty much went unnoticed. That changed, however, after Salaam Remi remixed their single "Nappy Heads," which became a radio mainstay.

The New Jersey trio followed that up with The Score in 1996, which turned them into global stars. But they parted ways after that album, following rumors of tension within the group that were exasperated when Wyclef Jean and Lauryn Hill became romantically involved.

25 years after the release of the Score, The Sun reports the Fugees have settled their differences and are getting back together to celebrate the anniversary of their seminal album.

“Lauryn, Pras, and Wyclef are still discussing what exactly they will do but they have managed to talk through everything which happened last time and feel like the time is right to return,"said an industry source. “There are loads of ideas being thrown around, including a tour, a movie, and maybe even new music — it could be their first album in 25 years. There is a lot of buzz and they all want to make it happen."
