French Rapper Freeze Corleone Facing Criminal Prosecution For Antisemitism

French rapper Freeze Corleone is in trouble...

On September 11, Freeze dropped his debut album The Phantom Menace and it reached number three on the country’s charts.

After a few days, it sold more than 15,000 copies and garnered 5.2 million streams on Spotify.

Unfortunately, Freeze is now facing criminal prosecution for lyrics on several tracks that openly promote antisemitism and Holocaust denial.

In a recent announcement, France’s interior minister Gerald Darmanin denounced Freeze for his “unspeakable antisemitism and negationism” and confirmed that they would be pursuing legal action.
