French Montana thinks that if you're a rapper who doesn't put features on your album there's something wrong with you.
"Who sits there thinking about weird shit like [going platinum with no features]," he said while speaking to Paper. "Those people who put albums out themselves are weirdos ... Music is about having fun. If I'm chilling with A$AP Rocky or chilling with Drake or The Weekend and we record and then I have to say 'Look here, bro, I'm thinking about dropping this album just by myself,' artists would stop fucking with you."French gave this opinion just weeks after the rapper said he paid $600,000 to clear the sample and make the video for 'Unforgettable,' his song with Swae Lee but he didn't indicate how much he paid the Rae Sremmurd member.
