Who knows how Freddie Gibbs felt when his ex , Destini Creams, aka Fit Miami, posted a photo of him naked, spreading his butt cheeks.
She first threatened to leak the image last year and made good on her promise yesterday, on Valentine's Day.
Gibbs, who was called "Spreadie Gibbs" after the 2023 threat, responded by sharing some of the Geto Boys song "Quickie."
