Josie Harris, who had three children and a tumultuous relationship with Floyd Mayweather, has been found dead in her car.
Police found the 40-year old unresponsive in the driveway of her Valencia, CA Monday night at 9:30 PM.
There doesn't appear to be foul play and the police are conducting a death investigation rather than a homicide investigation.
Harris was with Mayweather between 1995 and 2010. She would accuse him of physically abusing her on six different occasions and Mayweather served two months for one of the incidents, in which she said he attacked her when she slept in front of their children.
Floyd later claimed she was a drug addict and the instance of violence against here were of him "restraining a woman on drugs."
She sued him $20 million for defamation for those words. The case was ongoing when she died.
