First Week Projections For Big Sean's 'Better Me Than You' & Destroy Lonely's 'Love Last Forever'

by HHL JT

There were two big rap releases last Friday, Big Sean's Better Me Than You and Destroy Lonely's Love Last Forever.

Neither is set to do very well.

HitsDailyDouble has Lonely doing 25.5K in the first week, which is a slight decrease from the 29K his 2023 debut If Looks Could Kill Did.

HDD doesn't have Sean in the top 20, meaning he is projected to do less than 24K.

That's a pretty big drop for Sean.  Here are the first week of his previous five albums.

87,000 - Finally Famous 2011
72,000 - Hall Of Fame 2013
173,000 - Dark Sky Paradise 2015 (#1)
151,000 - I Decided 2017 (#1)
103,000 - Detroit 2 2020 (#1)

Speaking of drops, the Travis Scott rerelease of Days Before Rodeo went from a 361K first week to a 25K second week.

Here's the anticipated chart.
