Fetty Wap was arrested earlier this month right before he was supposed to take the stage at Rolling Loud New York. The feds say he and five other men were part of a drug ring, which included sales of heroin and fentanyl.
He was released on a $500,000 bond and is now staring at a life prison sentence.
On Thursday, November 18, the New Jersey rapper broke his silence on the arrest and he seems to to be taking everything in stride. But Fetty also seems to acknowledge that he'll spend at least a bit of time behind bars.
"Loyalty can be both a great trait and a deadly one … choose wisely with who you stand with but never change what you stand for Never bend Never Fold," he wrote on Instagram. "Head up like a nose bleed #ImOnBorrowedTime if it ain’t life it ain’t forever I’ll be back better wiser and smarter."
Any reaction to Fetty's message?
